3. The perfume hack

I use ONE specific perfume only when I’m revising.
Same scent, every time.
The I wear it again on exam day.

My brain links the smell to the info, so recall feels way easier under pressure.
Sounds fake. It’s not.

4. The gum method

Same logic as the perfume thing.
One flavor of gum for revision.
Same gum right before or during the exam.

Context-dependet memory is real, and it’s low-key broken.

5. Blurting until it hurts

I read a topic once, close everything, then write or say out loud EVERYTHING I remember.

No notes, No cheating. Whatever's missing or wrong is exactly what I revise next.

It's uncomfortable. That's why it works.
